      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Advise on page designs, user experience/user interface, and information architecture for the HR Portal
      - Maintain and improve governance processes for accurate and relevant information
      - Design pages and implement enhancements to improve the employee experience
      - Develop relationships with content owners and stakeholders to enhance content and design
      - Support governance and usability activities related to the SharePoint intranet

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a company intranet, portal, or content management system
      - Knowledge of user experience/user interface (UX/UI) best practices
      - Familiarity with Content Management Systems (such as SharePoint, Drupal, WordPress)
      - Basic HTML skills and experience in writing for the web
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in user experience/user interface (UX/UI) design
      - Previous HR or HR Service Center experience
      - Graphic and visual design skills
      - Ability to perform business analysis to understand user needs
      - Proactive, innovative, and creative mindset
