      This is a remote position.

      Superlanet is seeking an HRIS System Administrator to support our healthcare client in New Mexico. This is a remote opportunity offering flexible engagement options, including contract-to-hire or direct hire.

      As a key member of the HRIS team, the HRIS Systems Administrator serves as the subject matter expert for Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) products, along with complementary HRIS technologies. This role will own system configuration, optimization, and administration while also serving as a trusted partner across HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders.

      The HRIS Systems Administrator ensures day-to-day stability of HRIS applications, delivers solutions that support workforce excellence, and leads critical projects that shape the future of the HR function.

      Responsibilities

      • Oversee and maintain the optimal function of HRIS applications including design, implementation, updates, and module management.

      • Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, and Finance to recommend process improvements, system enhancements, and innovative solutions.

      • Lead configuration of new frameworks, business processes, and workflows; document and automate queries.

      • Serve as the primary liaison for Payroll, providing integration, reporting, and troubleshooting support.

      • Conduct data analysis to identify workforce trends and inform decision-making.

      • Prepare, review, test, and implement application releases for Workday and UKG.

      • Provide rapid response and resolution during system downtime or HRIS issues.

      • Develop user guides, training materials, and documentation to drive adoption.

      • Train and mentor staff on new system functionality and workflows.

      • Manage system security, permissions, access levels, and personalization.

      • Support annual HR processes such as performance management, open enrollment, and merit increases.

      • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and HR policies.

      • Represent HRIS in ERP Committee activities and maintain strong vendor relationships.

      • Deliver exceptional customer service while demonstrating discretion, confidentiality, and integrity.

      Required Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

      • 5+ years as a Workday HCM systems administrator.

      • 3+ years as a UKG Pro WFM systems administrator.

      • Proven expertise in Workday/UKG configuration, security administration, and process optimization.

      • Expert proficiency in condition rules and calculated fields.

      • Strong healthcare industry experience (minimum 3 years).

      • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-department collaboration skills.

      • Required to pass Workday HCM Pro Certification within 6 months of hire.

      Preferred Qualifications

      • End-to-end implementation experience with Workday HCM or UKG Pro WFM in a healthcare setting.

      • Experience in an acute care hospital environment.

      • Workday Pro Certification (current).

      • SHRM, PMP, or Workday Studio/Prism certifications.

      • Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll, Supply Chain, or Finance modules.

      • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

      • Strong background in data analysis, entry, and troubleshooting.
