What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and coordinate recruitment processes and position vacancies
- Advise supervisors on employee relations processes and review FMLA and Leave of Absence Requests
- Coordinate the worker's compensation and return to work program
- Ensure consistent application of HR and agency policies
- Communicate critical issues to the HR Supervisor
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and selection activities
- Coordination of employment relations activities
- Knowledge of FMLA or Medical Leave processes
- Experience providing HR consultation in a healthcare facility setting
- Formal education or training in Human Resources
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional experience with employee investigation processes
- Previous work in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility
- Certifications in Human Resources
- Experience with diverse workforce recruitment
- Familiarity with state HR policies and procedures
