      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support M&A HR operations, including data collection, file migrations, and onboarding processes
      - Administer fleet program documentation and compliance, managing necessary communications and approvals
      - Provide Tier-1 Help Desk coverage for HR transactions and compliance tasks
      - Own end-to-end administration of LOA programs, ensuring timely notices and regulatory compliance
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve HR-related issues and maintain documentation for audits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience administering LOA/ADA programs (FMLA, ADA, state leaves)
      - Strong understanding of federal and state leave regulations and compliance requirements
      - Experience with third-party leave administration vendors
      - Strong communication skills in employee and manager support
      - 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, credentialing, compliance, or administrative HR support

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in Workday or similar HRIS for leave tracking
      - Ability to manage sensitive medical and personal information discreetly
      - Experience supporting onboarding, credentialing, or M&A transitions
