      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and monitor construction requirements, conducting site surveys and ensuring compliance with plans and specifications
      - Prepare, update, and manage construction schedules using Microsoft Project
      - Maintain oversight of construction activities, reporting issues and observations to Contractor and Government leadership
      - Exercise technical judgment in addressing construction-related problems and recommend effective solutions
      - Build and maintain effective working relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and government representatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
      - Minimum of 7 years of technical experience in construction management for medium-to-large, complex projects valued at over $50 million
      - Certification as a Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.), NICET Level III, Professional Engineer (PE), or NACE Level II
      - Proven experience in scope definition, task development, cost analysis, and project delivery within budget and schedule
      - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in government contracting and compliance
      - Ability to travel to any Port of Entry within the client's span of control
      - Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic environments
