What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain a caseload of safe harbor clients and ensure high client retention rates
- Consult with clients regarding plan operation and design
- Collaborate with other departments, record-keepers, and advisors to enhance client experience
- Document all client interactions in the workflow management system
- Complete assigned training and work towards obtaining an industry designation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using computers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of VOIP phone systems
- Help desk experience
- Commitment to lifelong learning and a coachable attitude
