      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed sales and territory objectives by executing strategic business plans in the nephrology market
      - Collaborate with portfolio representatives to identify synergistic opportunities for customer engagement
      - Establish and maintain professional relationships with opinion leaders and key decision-makers in nephrology
      - Communicate complex disease-state and therapeutic information effectively and with authority
      - Attend regional and national conferences to represent nephrology initiatives and build professional relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in nephrology
      - In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate's degree with 7+ years or 10+ years of relevant experience will be considered
      - Current experience within the territory and knowledge of customers is required
      - Proven track record in selling biologics or specialty pharmaceuticals to Nephrologists is highly preferred
      - Valid motor vehicle operator's license with the ability to travel locally up to 40%

      - Experience in managing larger, complex territories with various account types (private practice, academic, institutional)
      - Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills within matrixed teams
