What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews
- Provide personalized health assessments and answer patient questions
- Use an iPad and clinical workflow for evaluations without prescribing medication
- Travel locally and within licensed states as needed for patient visits
- Deliver diagnostic and preventive services as indicated
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification is required
- Ability to cover primary locations, specifically Penobscot, ME
- Comfortable working in diverse home environments
- Flexibility to conduct virtual visits as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Multi-state licenses are preferred
- Experience in providing in-home health evaluations
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with patients
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Passion for improving health outcomes in the community
