What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews
- Engage with patients to build trust and discuss their health concerns
- Perform physical evaluations and provide necessary diagnostic tests as ordered
- Utilize technology for clinical workflows during evaluations
- Travel locally within licensed states and conduct virtual visits as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification in the relevant field
- Ability to cover primary locations, including Wenatchee and surrounding areas
- Flexible to travel locally as needed
- Experience in providing health evaluations or related services
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Multi-state licenses
- Previous experience in home health evaluations or similar roles
- Familiarity with using technology for clinical processes
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse populations
- Commitment to community health and improving patient outcomes
