What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners, focusing on sales and service inquiries
- Resolve customer issues through troubleshooting and provide product information, registration support, and service inquiries
- Create and maintain owner records, logging complaints and resolutions accurately
- Proactively provide feedback to improve training processes and materials
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
- Strong initiative and ability to follow through on resolving customer issues
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with web-based systems and ability to navigate multiple applications
- Ability to work effectively in a home office environment

- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of GE Appliances products or similar brands
