      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Field 30-40 inbound calls per day with active listening and documentation of customer details
      - Use consultative sales approach to understand and analyze customer needs
      - Explain products and services in a professional manner via phone, email, text message, or chat
      - Meet Key Performance Indicators stated in the Sales Compensation Plan
      - Attend training and coaching sessions to develop relevant knowledge and skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum one (1) year of previous sales experience (retail, inside sales, or logistics)
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills including active listening
      - Results-driven with the ability to maintain individual and company goals
      - Proficient computer and typing skills with the ability to learn new software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Completion of HIPAA training
      - Ability to cope with difficult customer situations
      - Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to demonstrate and uphold the highest levels of ethical behavior and confidentiality
      - Preferred experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
