What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional and timely customer support to strengthen revenue retention
- Consult and educate current Yelp advertisers through an inbound phone queue
- Highlight investment returns to clients using ad performance metrics
- Handle escalated client issues with strong listening and conflict resolution skills
- Remain organized and efficient while achieving monthly goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and information systems
- Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
