What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound sales calls and provide a top-notch customer experience
- Convert inbound calls into sales opportunities
- Identify customer needs to recommend appropriate products and services
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and autoshipments
- Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven sales experience or a strong, demonstrated eagerness to sell and close inbound leads
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are non-negotiable
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be 16 years of age or older
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with high-demand health products or campaigns
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Previous experience in a performance-based sales environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing needs
- Availability to work irregular shifts, including nights and weekends
