What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct professional learning services for schools and districts using LETRS professional learning
- Facilitate engaging sessions both in-person and virtually, employing various collaboration strategies
- Maintain a deep understanding of the science of reading and literacy development
- Provide coaching and consulting to teachers on best practices for diverse learners
- Utilize technology-based productivity tools for effective service delivery and communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in elementary education, curriculum/instruction, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of teaching experience and 5 years of leadership experience
- At least 3 years of direct teaching experience supporting Emergent Bilingual/Multilingual Learners
- Proven experience delivering training to audiences of up to 50 people
- Demonstrated Spanish language proficiency (oral and written)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Dual Immersion and/or ESL/ELL certification or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with navigating remote meeting platforms and client management
- Experience in coaching teachers to apply best practices in diverse classrooms
- Certification or endorsement in Dual Immersion or ESL/ELL preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellence and quality standards
