      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist beneficiaries in selecting appropriate health insurance coverage based on their needs
      - Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the insurance selection process
      - Navigate multiple systems and applications while interacting with clients
      - Manage inbound telephonic Medicare leads generated through compliant marketing plans
      - Occasionally make outbound calls to follow up on pipelined leads

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must maintain residency and live within the United States
      - Minimum of 12 months proven Medicare Insurance Sales experience as an Independent agent or 24 months experience selling insurance products
      - AHIP Certified for 2026 and must carry own E&O insurance
      - Minimum of 5 active Health Licenses prior to contracting, with ability to acquire 10-15 Health Licenses
      - Strong technology skills to navigate multiple systems effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ACA, Final Expense, Annuities, or Life Insurance sales
      - Ability to become reappointed with Medicare carriers if currently appointed
      - Proficiency in using Windows or MacBook devices that meet specified requirements
