What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with school administrations, organizations, and students
- Advise school administration on products and services offered by the employer
- Gain market share through customer and prospect development
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws related to services performed
- Manage all business expenses, including travel
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales and/or sales management experience
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship management
- Highly disciplined and self-motivated with personal accountability for success
- A 4-year degree is preferred but not required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in consultative or educational sales
- Proven track record of developing new business and maintaining customer relationships
- Flexibility to travel regionally and nationally as required
- Experience in hiring and managing a sales team
