What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales through prospecting, lead generation, and expanding market share
- Develop and maintain partnerships with school administrators, advisors, teachers, and students
- Guide school leadership on products and services to support their goals
- Manage your own independent office and business expenses, including travel
- Recruit, train, and oversee office and sales support as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in consultative, educational, or B2C sales and/or sales management
- Strong financial and operational understanding to effectively run your own business
- Proven track record of developing new business and maintaining customer relationships
- Ability to communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders, from administrators to students
- Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Experience in the education sector or with school partnerships
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation
- Familiarity with marketing and advertising strategies in a sales context
- Previous experience in recruiting and training sales support staff
