      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales through prospecting, lead generation, and expanding market share within the assigned territory
      - Develop and maintain partnerships with school administrators, advisors, teachers, and students
      - Guide school leadership on products and services to support their goals
      - Operate and manage all aspects of your independent office, including business expenses
      - Recruit, train, and lead office and sales support as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience in consultative, educational, or B2C sales
      - Strong business acumen to effectively run an independent business
      - Proven relationship-building skills with a track record of developing new business
      - Excellent communication skills to partner with diverse stakeholders
      - Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as required by the territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
      - Previous experience in sales management or leading a sales team
      - Familiarity with digital and social media marketing strategies
      - Experience in the education sector or with K-12 schools
