      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales through prospecting, lead generation, and expanding market share
      - Develop and maintain partnerships with school administrators, teachers, and students
      - Advise school leadership on products and services to support their goals
      - Manage all business expenses and maintain an independent office
      - Recruit, train, and lead office and sales support as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in consultative, educational, or B2C sales and/or sales management
      - Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
      - Strong financial and operational understanding to run your own business effectively
      - Excellent communication skills for partnering with diverse stakeholders
      - Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
      - A track record of developing new business and maintaining strong customer relationships
      - Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and ownership of success
