What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales through prospecting, lead generation, and expanding market share
- Develop and maintain partnerships with school administrators, advisors, teachers, and students
- Guide school leadership on products and services to support their goals
- Manage your own independent office and oversee all business expenses, including travel
- Recruit, train, and compensate office and sales support as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in consultative, educational, or B2C sales and/or sales management
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong financial and operational understanding to effectively run a business
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated and accountable, with a strong desire to succeed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Experience in developing new business and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Background in sales management or leading a sales team
