      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Acquire new members through inbound and outbound calls
      - Assess customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
      - Service existing members and address inquiries regarding their benefits
      - Cross-sell ancillary products to enhance member offerings
      - Maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-year college degree or 1 to 2 years of experience selling Medicare products
      - Ability to obtain a Life & Health insurance license within 60 days of employment
      - Proficient computer skills for daily job activities
      - Excellent communication and listening abilities
      - Ability to multitask while engaging with customers on calls

      - Experience in a high-pressure, achievement-oriented environment
      - Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong emotional control
      - High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic mathematical operations
