What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate follow-up outbound calls and receive inbound return calls to establish customer contact
- Promote products and assess customer needs to facilitate communication with physicians
- Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information regarding products and services
- Maintain customer database by entering and verifying required data
- Ensure quality service by adhering to departmental and company policies and compliance standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Previous experience in inside sales
- Proficient in computer and data entry skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Medical industry knowledge is beneficial
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to type at least 25-30 words per minute
- Familiarity with dual monitor setups
- Experience working in a HIPAA-compliant workspace
