      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service to develop and maintain relationships with key partners and customers
      - Maintain accurate customer records and sales transactions in Salesforce CRM
      - Assist customers with inquiries regarding order status, ship dates, and inventory availability
      - Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to determine the best products for customer projects
      - Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of support sales or inside sales experience in the information technology or data center industry
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and experience with Salesforce.com preferred
      - Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to work independently
      - Willingness to travel up to 4-6 times a year

      - Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage difficult customer situations
      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
