What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support named Strategic Accounts in collaboration with Strategic Account Directors, serving as a consistent point of contact
- Drive proactive outreach and communication throughout the sales process, from opportunity identification to renewals
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate reporting in Salesforce (SFDC)
- Coordinate complex customer onboarding efforts and cross-functional workflows
- Assist with quoting activities and support the procurement process for timely purchase order completion
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in complex B2B sales environments, particularly in infrastructure, networking, data center, or cloud technologies
- Proven ability to build relationships with technical and operational stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple workstreams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM-driven sales environments, such as Salesforce or equivalent
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to infrastructure, hyperscale, or enterprise data center customers
- Experience working with channel partners or system integrators
- Background in inside sales, sales operations, or technical sales support
- Experience in forecasting, quoting, and renewals processes
