What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate technical and soft skill training programs to evaluate effectiveness for stakeholders
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop engaging learning experiences
- Assess, design, and modify training programs and materials, including instructor-led and computer-based training
- Implement new technology-based training solutions to enhance student engagement and learning
- Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and focus groups, making necessary updates for continual improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in adult learning methodologies, training and development, or instructional design
- Knowledge of instructional design theory and adult learning methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to build engaging curriculum
- High technical aptitude and ability to build effective working relationships across departments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with various training modalities, including virtual instructor-led training and blended learning
- Proactive, self-motivated, and self-directed with expertise in prioritizing tasks
- Familiarity with Kirkpatrick’s model for training evaluation
- Ability to adapt and navigate quickly in new and ambiguous situations
