What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform billing-related tasks, including data entry, claim review, and accounts receivable follow-up
- Resolve entry-level insurance denials related to medical records and eligibility
- Communicate effectively with providers and patients to ensure timely claims processing
- Identify and escalate potential issues related to payer requirements and coding
- Adhere to compliance guidelines and participate in training and meetings as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and dependability
- Basic knowledge of medical facility functions (training provided)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
