      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Verify patient insurance eligibility and behavioral health benefits for new and existing patients
      - Communicate directly with patients regarding coverage issues and assist with problem resolution
      - Collaborate with billing and clinical teams to ensure smooth revenue cycle operations
      - Maintain accurate documentation of benefit details in the relevant systems
      - Stay updated on payer policies and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to HIPAA standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
      - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in healthcare provider services or related roles
      - Strong knowledge of insurance eligibility, authorizations, and payer policies, especially in behavioral health
      - Experience with various payer types, including Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurers
      - Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a behavioral health or women's health setting
      - Familiarity with EMR/authorization workflow systems
      - Ability to analyze authorization and denial data to recommend process improvements
