What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and validate client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth workflows during the intake process
- Enter data into case management systems with high precision
- Address client inquiries related to the intake process promptly and professionally
- Monitor intake queues to ensure timely processing of all cases in accordance with service level agreements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of data accurately
- Proficiency in legal and case management software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
