  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Utilize patented technology to analyze information collected from the internet based on client-specific criteria
  - Support and lead recurring deliverables, including security alerts, intelligence reports, and strategic assessments
  - Collaborate with Collection Management to enhance information collection processes
  - Provide timely support during periods of increased risk and conduct ad hoc investigations
  - Communicate enhancement opportunities to improve departmental operations
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in open source and social media research or investigations
  - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing analytical reports
  - Proficiency with at least one online investigative tool and familiarity with various social media platforms and the Deep/Dark web
  - Ability to determine the credibility and relevance of information from diverse data sources
  - Bachelor's degree with relevant coursework
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Public or private sector experience as an analyst, researcher, or investigator in a security or risk function
  - Experience briefing decision-makers and senior leaders
  - Knowledge of threat landscapes, online fraud, and cybercrime
  - Familiarity with IPv4, IPv6, DNS records, and email headers
  - Excellent project leadership and client relationship skills
