What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support IT Patient Systems, primarily focusing on Professional Billing and Claims
- Build, test, implement, and maintain assigned system applications
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, providing reports on findings
- Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure system integrity
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in clinical, healthcare, business, IT, or related field with 1 year of IT or clinical/operational experience; OR
- Bachelor’s degree in clinical, healthcare, business, IT, or related field with 3 years of IT or clinical/operational experience; OR
- Associate’s degree in clinical, healthcare, business, IT, or related field with 5 years of IT or clinical/operational experience; OR
- High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of IT or clinical/operational experience
- Required Certification: Epic Resolute Professional Billing - SBO (must be obtained within 3 months)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare IT systems, particularly in revenue cycle management
- Familiarity with system integration and workflow optimization
- Previous mentoring or leadership experience in a technical environment
