What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide operational and administrative support for the Internship Program
- Assist students with the internship credit authorization process, including tracking submissions and deadlines
- Help plan and execute the Internship Expo, coordinating logistics and registration with employers
- Maintain program databases and records accurately and confidentially
- Attend weekly meetings with the Director of Internships and report on tasks and hours
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be enrolled in at least 12 undergraduate credits during the semester
- Must be in good academic standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Must be able to work approximately 6-10 hours per week between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
