What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor global market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging risks to adjust research priorities
- Evaluate and manage relationships with external investment management firms
- Conduct ongoing monitoring and reporting on approved investment managers
- Maintain internal databases to ensure effective information flow regarding investment management
- Produce high-quality research notes, commentaries, and presentations with a focus on clarity and accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Solid academic and working knowledge of the financial/investment industry; pursuing CFA designation preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment research
- Strong understanding of global capital markets, investment vehicles, and manager research processes
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective time management and organizational abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in multi-asset, multi-manager portfolio construction
- Familiarity with proprietary research tools and frameworks for evaluating investments
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
