What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide multi-tier technical support (Tier 1–3) for hardware, software, and operating systems
- Assist with configuration, maintenance, and administration of enterprise applications, including SIS, CRM, LMS, and other systems
- Monitor and resolve system alerts, performance issues, and event logs
- Serve as a backup for team members and participate in cross-training initiatives
- Document application workflows, procedures, and configuration standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; bachelor’s preferred
- Minimum of three years of combined experience in IT support, systems administration, or application support
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and networked computing environments
- Experience configuring or supporting enterprise applications such as SIS, CRM, LMS, or similar systems
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills across multiple tiers of support
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms and telecommunications tools
- Familiarity with data validation and process troubleshooting within supported systems
- Ability to provide training and support to diverse user groups
