      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and manage all phases of IT projects, ensuring adherence to project management lifecycle and governance processes
      - Collaborate with customers, IT stakeholders, and vendors to define project scope and develop project plans
      - Schedule and facilitate project status meetings to keep stakeholders informed on project progress
      - Identify, document, and facilitate resolution of project issues and risks, escalating when necessary
      - Mentor junior project managers to foster their development and ensure project success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in project management, IT, engineering, or business
      - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required or the ability to obtain within 6 months of employment
      - 7-10 years of experience in project management, including software/system project experience
      - Proven success in managing multiple vendors and working in a highly matrixed environment
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare project management (e.g., hospital, health insurance, pharmacy)
      - Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Planview, or Jira
      - Master’s degree preferred
      - Business process flow analysis experience
      - Prior supervisory experience
