      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables

      - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years as a Project Manager in IT-related fields
      - Minimum of 7 years of Project Management-related experience in any discipline
      - PMP certification required
      - Strong experience with project management software such as Asana, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in a relevant field
      - Technical certifications in project management or IT
      - Experience in both adaptive and predictive project environments
      - Customer-facing experience in IT services
      - Proficiency in process mapping and analysis
