What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deploy and organize resources, develop timetables and targets, and check progress for medium to large size projects
- Manage projects using best-practice project management approaches to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
- Communicate project business value and ensure supported metrics for project success
- Monitor project risks and implement continuous quality control of processes and deliverables
- Translate business requirements into practical IT solutions for implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field
- Minimum of five years of program and/or project management experience
- Specialized certification preferred (e.g., Change Management, Process Improvement, Project Management)
- Demonstrated ability to manage medium to large scale project teams and communicate effectively
- Proficiency in the use of personal computers, with familiarity in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project preferred
