What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the implementation strategy, project scope definition, and adherence to compliance requirements
- Develop and manage project financials, including Cost Benefit Analysis and labor forecasting
- Control project scope, schedule, and cost, ensuring adherence to established baselines
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, addressing any potential issues
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing timely mitigation strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), ideally Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively with technical and business teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree, with a Master's being a plus or equivalent certifications (e.g., CPA, PE)
- PMP certification
- Strong background in marketing technology projects with a digital focus
- Ability to build strong relationships and foster teamwork across various groups
- Previous experience leading marketing technology or digital marketing projects in enterprise environments
