      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver exceptional IT support to internal users, documenting support calls and resolutions
      - Respond to and troubleshoot IT requests via phone, chat, and ticketing system
      - Collaborate with the IT support team to diagnose and resolve technical issues
      - Provide remote support to employees, ensuring timely and professional assistance
      - Maintain compliance with security standards and HIPAA regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems support in a corporate setting
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
      - Familiarity with maintaining thermal printers, thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals
      - Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, or Microsoft hardware installation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer service
      - Additional certifications in AWS or Linux (Redhat)
