What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the initial point of contact for hardware, software, and access requests across a fully distributed team
- Build and maintain automations and AI workflows using tools like Okta Workflows and n8n
- Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and identity governance across the company's software stack
- Help implement and maintain IT security best practices, including endpoint protection and compliance with data privacy standards
- Oversee the procurement, configuration, deployment, and off-boarding of employee devices through the MDM platform
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of hands-on IT Support, Engineering, and/or Systems Administration experience, preferably in a remote environment
- Experience supporting and administering MacOS devices and common SaaS tools in a cloud-first environment
- Working knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, and experience with Okta
- Demonstrated ability to develop complex automations using iPaaS/automation tools and working with 3rd party APIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple requests with clear prioritization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Identity Governance (IGA) tooling and support ticketing tools
- Experience improving onboarding/offboarding workflows in partnership with People Ops and Business Ops
- Comfort with lightweight scripting (Bash, Python, etc.) for automation use cases
- Experience in fintech or financial services with exposure to data privacy and compliance considerations
- Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Okta Admin
