      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide tier-one customer support to students, faculty, and staff through phone calls, email, and service ticketing systems
      - Address and resolve inquiries while tracking and routing issues within an incident tracking tool
      - Contribute to the development of documentation and frequently asked questions (FAQs)
      - Participate in assigned projects and tasks as needed
      - Attend virtual daily stand-up meetings and monthly staff meetings to maintain team communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and basic problem-solving abilities
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Attention to detail is essential for success in this position
      - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in a customer service role, particularly in a technical support setting
      - Familiarity with incident tracking tools and customer support software
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
      - Experience in a higher education environment
