      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build relationships with Community Builders through one-on-one conversations and support
      - Develop and provide learning materials for Community Builders' events
      - Coach Community Builders on reflecting their Jewish life and creating a Jewish home
      - Review and support programmatic grant applications related to Jewish holidays
      - Design educational resources and teach within the Mem Global network

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in education, Jewish Studies, or a related field
      - Some professional work experience post-undergraduate at a Jewish organization in a programmatic capacity
      - Experience working with young adults and leading peer-led programming
      - Availability to work 15 hours per week, including flexibility for occasional meetings
      - Ability to travel for Moishe House events and attend NattyCon in October 2026

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Post-undergraduate degree in Jewish Education or related field, or Rabbinical or Cantorial ordination
      - At least two years of post-undergraduate Jewish text study through formal programs
      - Experience in creating and supporting experiential education programs
      - Familiarity with data tracking and organizational systems
