What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full affiliate lifecycle, including sampling strategy, outreach, onboarding, and ongoing communications
- Track key program metrics and build reporting dashboards to inform program decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate creators
- Identify top-performing affiliates and collaborate cross-functionally to support content opportunities
- Stay current on TikTok Shop trends, creator best practices, and platform updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, influencer/affiliate marketing, or a related field (internships count)
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in spreadsheets for data-driven decision making
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, TikTok creator culture, or affiliate marketing platforms is a plus
