      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support day-to-day project management activities across multiple projects or workstreams
      - Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and tracking artifacts
      - Track project milestones, action items, risks, and issues to ensure project success
      - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports and meeting notes
      - Coordinate project meetings, stand-ups, and reviews to foster team collaboration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
      - 1-3 years of experience supporting projects or operational initiatives
      - Understanding of core project management concepts such as scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies
      - Experience with project tracking or collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, SharePoint, Confluence)
      - Strong organizational and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments
      - Experience supporting federal or government IT projects
      - CAPM or entry-level project management certification (or coursework toward certification)
