      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer and return phone calls, web inquiries, and messages from potential clients

      - Clearly explain legal services and how the firm can assist clients
      - Schedule consultations and follow up with leads who haven't yet signed on

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Prior sales, intake, or customer service experience (legal or medical preferred)
      - Inbound sales experience is a strong plus
      - Tech-savvy with CRM and office software
      - Highly organized and detail-oriented
