- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Basic understanding of team leadership qualities and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in leading design teams and projects
- Familiarity with CAD and design hardware/software
- Knowledge of engineering principles related to electromechanical systems
