      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead daily standup meetings to review progress and address roadblocks
      - Collaborate with team members to complete weekly development stories using various technologies (Visual Studio, JavaScript, Node.js, React, AWS, .NET, C#)
      - Mentor and coach team members to enhance their coding skills and professional growth
      - Participate in the on-call rotation to address production issues as needed
      - Drive continuous improvement initiatives through retrospectives and feedback sessions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in a formal Lead Software Engineer role or equivalent experience leading software development teams
      - Full-cycle software engineering experience, from product conception to production
      - Strong understanding of cloud computing, serverless architecture, and system design
      - Experience with full-stack front-end and back-end development
      - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in daily standup meetings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with Agile teams and understanding Agile concepts
      - Ability to provide constructive feedback and coach team members of varying performance levels
