      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead daily standup meetings to review progress on tasks and address roadblocks
      - Collaborate with team members to complete weekly software development stories using various technologies including JavaScript, Node.js, React, AWS, .NET, or C#
      - Mentor and coach team members on coding issues and professional development
      - Participate in the development and enhancement of member-facing applications across platforms
      - Ensure timely completion of stories and adherence to deployment deadlines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in leading software development teams in a Lead Software Engineer role
      - Extensive background in full-cycle software engineering from conception to production
      - Strong understanding of cloud computing, serverless architecture, and system design
      - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work setting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with both front-end and back-end full-stack development
      - A track record of providing constructive feedback to team members
      - Familiarity with coaching various performance levels within a team
      - Prior experience working with Agile teams
