For these reasons, we are seeking a Leadership and Engagement Specialist to join the team.

      The Leadership and Culture Project Leader plays a critical role in supporting operations leadership development and organizational culture. This position involves managing projects and events, providing dynamic administrative support, and facilitating people development initiatives.

      Essential Responsibilities:

      Project Management:
      • Manage project activities to ensure they are on schedule and meet established deadlines including planning, research, vendor coordination, budget, and execution.
      • Leads and executes company events throughout the year from community events, holidays, Leadership quarterly meetings, and leadership retreats.
      • Independently initiate and implement processes to manage projects, information, and people effectively.
      • Manages MIT (Managers in Training) schedules between GM and company SharePoint

      MIT Program Management:
      • Provide administrative support
      • Conduct research, gather information, and prepare summaries to expand digital learning on KSC University.
      • Ensure software (KSC University) is working and functional for all MIT's
      • Ensure Leadership training materials are accurate and up to date at all times.
      • Supports scheduling and coordination for all MIT Workshops, including MIT travel, meals, and expenses.
      • Sends out welcome emails and graduation announcements to all new MITs and Home Office hires
      • Orders and sends out training gifts

      Onboarding & Leadership Training:
      • Conducts orientation for MIT's and HO crew.
      • Facilitates training during MIT workshops
      • Manages the Supervisor Program,
      • Leads and manages internship program


      Essential Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
      • Proven experience in project management, administrative support, and event planning.
      • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Comfortable public speaking.
      • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
      • Knowledge of HR processes and talent management is a plus
