  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Design, deliver, and implement onboarding and training programs for new hires and existing employees
  - Collaborate with business units to identify and execute strategies that enhance employee knowledge and performance
  - Facilitate engaging training sessions while managing group dynamics and behaviors
  - Create and update training documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance
  - Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate virtual or in-person training events
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or equivalent experience preferred
  - Experience in designing and delivering training for adults preferred
  - Experience using Microsoft 365 Suite required
  - Proven ability to plan and organize training programs
  - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in the insurance industry preferred
  - Experience in project management preferred
  - Prior claims handling experience preferred
  - Demonstrated curiosity regarding new and emerging technologies
  - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build a broad network of influence
