What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and execute innovative onboarding and learning programs across departments, ensuring consistency and measurable outcomes
- Create role-based training paths that include interactive e-learning modules and hands-on learning experiences
- Facilitate engaging sessions such as workshops and internal "lunch and learn" events
- Track and report on training performance metrics, including learner satisfaction and completion rates
- Research and pilot emerging technologies and instructional design trends to enhance the company's learning ecosystem
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-6+ years of experience practicing Personal Injury Law, with a strong background in managing complex injury cases
- 4-6+ years of experience in training, onboarding, instructional design, or learning experience development
- Demonstrated success in building learning programs that improve performance and reduce time-to-competency
- Experience with learning management systems and knowledge-sharing tools
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in legal services, professional services, or SaaS environments
- Experience leveraging AI and digital learning tools for training design and delivery
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to content governance
